Parker Seminars Speaker Summit reinvents longstanding seminar series

Chiropractic Economics Staff April 10, 2014

Parker_Seminars_Speaker_SummitApril 10, 2014 — The inaugural Parker Seminars Speaker Summit, a two-day event that brought 28 chiropractic industry experts and thought leaders together to the Parker University campus in Dallas, offered a glimpse at the marked transformation of the seminar series, including technology developments, interactivity initiatives, and the role of Parker Seminars in facilitating chiropractic success.

With 63 years of experience and more than 400 seminars to date, the likes of which have featured everyone from U.S. Surgeon Generals to a future U.S. President, Parker Seminars is the largest chiropractic support network in the world today. The Speaker Summit, led by Mark Mandell, DC, executive director of Parker Professional, showcased how seminar speakers can best incorporate the latest technological resources and redesigned seminar content to invigorate the next generation of tech-savvy chiropractic professionals.

“The summit provided a great opportunity for many of our seminar speakers to learn new styles of teaching by incorporating more technology and actively engaging with attendees during sessions,” said Mandell. “Collectively, we are modernizing the Parker material and how it is taught in the classroom to generate bigger and more positive behavioral changes.  Parker has always been the forefront of chiropractic events and is now leading the game change to create dream practices and lives of significance.”

The next Parker Seminars takes place June 12-14 at the Charleston Marriott Hotel in Charleston, S.C. To register or for more information, visit parker.edu/seminars/charleston/.
