January 15, 2011 — Palmer College of Chiropractic’s Florida campus graduated its 19th class on Dec. 17, 2010, at the News-Journal Center in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The commencement address was given by Teri L. Payton, DC, director of chiropractic sciences. Donald Gran, DC, MS Ed, dean of academic affairs, presented the valedictorian award to Daniel A. Bennett, and the salutatorian award to Michael A. Sefcik.
The Virgil V. Strang Philosophy Award was presented by Florida Campus President Peter Martin, DC, to Marcelo Toshio Yasuda. James Randazzo, DC, assistant director of clinics, presented the Clinical Excellence Award to Ronald M. Masters.
