Northwestern Health Sciences University has strong showing at ACC-RAC conference

Chiropractic Economics April 2, 2010

April 2, 2010 — Northwestern Health Sciences University was well-represented at ACC-RAC with nearly two dozen staff and faculty members attending. A combination of the Association of Chiropractic Colleges (ACC) Conference and the Research Agenda Conference (RAC), ACC-RAC is viewed as one of the most productive and highest-quality chiropractic conferences in the country.

Focusing on clinical, basic science, educational research, and the topic of public health, the conference is intended to nurture the natural relationship between chiropractic scholarship and education. The National ACC-RAC 2010 Conference was held March 18-20 in Las Vegas, Nev.

“Northwestern is committed to remaining at the forefront of chiropractic education and research,” said Mark Zeigler, DC, president of Northwestern. “To have had so many of our faculty speaking and present at this conference is something to be proud of.”

Zeigler attended the annual Association of Chiropractic Colleges President’s Meeting prior to the conference, and Northwestern administrative leaders attended annual meetings of their counterparts from other colleges.
