MedLink Acquires 100% of Anywhere MD

ISLANDIA, NY–(Marketwire – January 9, 2008) – MedLink International, Inc. (OTCBB: MLKNA) announced today that it has completed the full acquisition of all the outstanding assets and operations of Anywhere MD, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ANWM), a leading provider of mobile EMR solutions to healthcare facilities in the chiropractic market. MedLink had acquired approximately 63% of Anywhere MD back in May of 2007 and the management of both companies agreed that a full acquisition by MedLink would allow for the companies to take more advantage of economies of scale as the companies release a fully integrated Auto-Doc solution in early 2008 with the MedLink EHR.
