Medicare physician payment cut goes into effect

President Obama signed the Dept. of Defense Appropriations Act of 2010 which included a two month delay for the 21% Medicare payment cut. The cut is goes into effect on March 1st, unless congress either temporarily delays it again or fixes the dang thing once and for all!
