On Oct. 3, McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Madrid, Spain, announce that the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) had officially approved its Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) program.
This landmark decision, according to a college press release, follows a recommendation from the GCC’s Education Committee and marks a significant milestone for chiropractic education in Europe.
McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Madrid holds accreditation from the European Council on Chiropractic Education (ECCE), making it the only institution in Europe to achieve dual recognition from both the ECCE and the GCC. This dual accreditation represents the school’s commitment to providing high-quality chiropractic education that meets the standards of both European accreditation and U.K. regulatory bodies.
This recognition opens new opportunities for students across Europe, offering a direct pathway to professional registration in the U.K.
