June 11, 2011 — Standard Process Inc. recently hosted 50 students and professors from Logan College of Chiropractic. Located in Chesterfield, Mo. near St. Louis, Logan is one of the largest chiropractic colleges or universities in North America.
Standard Process, a Wisconsin manufacturer of whole food supplements, partners with colleges to show students studying healthcare how the company creates its products from seed to supplement.
During their visit, the Logan students toured the Standard Process Farm and manufacturing plant. They learned how Standard Process grows a variety of crops on the company’s organically certified farmland for use in its supplements.
Following the product through the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, the visitors observed how Standard Process strictly adheres to the Food and Drug Administration’s good manufacturing practices to ensure that its products are of the utmost quality.
