“We are very pleased to have someone with Dr. Bradshaw’s knowledge and skills as vice president of our enrollment management team,” said Goodman. “His many years of solid experience in the fields of admissions, student recruitment and retention, strategic planning, financial aid and marketing will be a huge benefit in helping Logan grow our student base.”

Bradshaw joins Logan from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Ind., where he served as vice president of the division of enrollment management. Previously, he was an adjunct professor and vice president of the division of enrollment at Saint Louis University for three years. Before joining SLU, he was assistant university provost for enrollment management at the University of Louisville.

Bradshaw spent seven years at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, first as director of admissions and later as assistant vice chancellor for enrollment management. During his tenure at SIU-E, he helped increase undergraduate applications by 82 percent over a four-year period.

His academic background also includes work as program coordinator and assistant director of admissions for two years at Saint Louis University and as an admissions counselor and assistant director of orientation at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.

Bradshaw earned his doctorate in education with a concentration in higher education management at Saint Louis University. He holds both a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University.

He is a member of the National Association of Collegiate Admissions Counseling, the National Association of Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.

He is an experienced speaker on various topics at local, state, regional and national conferences, workshops and meetings including ACT Enrollment Planners and the College Board Regional Forum.
