Local chiropractic physicians group seeks to fill 100 jobs ’11

February 23, 2011 — Chiro One Wellness Centers aims to fill 100 jobs, including positions in marketing, business development, billing, clinic technicians, and administrative, as well as launch an internship program, in 2011.

The effort is part of Chiro One’s company-wide effort to recruit more than 100 team members and interns in 2011 for its current three state market needs and rapid expansion plans.

Chiro One Wellness Centers has experienced explosive growth in the last four years and has recently expanded from its two-state market into Texas.

“We are incredibly honored to be expanding and opening our first of many Chiro One Wellness Centers in Texas,” states Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Stuart Bernsen “Our vision and mission will only be achieved by continuing to expand across the country and soon the world. Though we’ve been in business since 1992 and experienced explosive growth over the past four years from 12 to our current 60 clinics in three states, the great state of Texas will without a doubt be our single biggest market here in the United States. We’re looking to expand our team to help us bring our collective vision, ‘that every human being discovers their full potential’ to our current three state market and in the near future, the world.”

With the country still struggling with tough economic times, how has Chiro One continued its record growth?

“For years, chiropractic has been the best kept secret in healthcare in the United States,” states Chief Marketing Officer, Brett Penager. “It is fast becoming a secret no more. Armed with our vision, that every human being discovers their full potential, we are making headway into educating our communities and allowing them to choose the extraordinary wellness benefits that chiropractic care provides. It is cost effective, proactive, and empowers the individual to take charge of their health. Our growth is a testament to the voice and vote of the consumer.”

Penager adds, “More people nationwide are taking action to address their health needs today and as a result, Chiro One Wellness Centers is taking active steps to grow its clinic base to keep pace with the growing demand for chiropractic care. We’re hoping to add professionals to help keep pace with the strong demand among consumers for quality chiropractic care.”

Chiro One expects that more than half of job seekers will be “career changers,” professionals who believe that they have reached the ceiling in their current occupation and are looking for an opportunity to grow.

“Today, pay freezes are more frequent than promotions, and many professionals are looking for new careers with better incentives,” said Penager. “Every day, we see people who want to continue growing their career, but can’t in their current role. They’re also interested in making an impact on people’s lives by helping them overcome their health challenges and achieve their health goals.”

Chiro One Wellness Centers ranked eighth on Crain’s Chicago Business 2010 Fast Fifty list for the fastest growing businesses in 2010 and offers one of the best training programs in its industry. Its marketing strategy and field force is an industry leader, providing team members with room for rapid growth.

“We offer one of the best training and development programs in Illinois, and that’s appealing to both chiropractic physicians and career candidates,” said Penager, adding that the company’s growth speaks for itself.
