Dear Chiropractic Leader:
The Clinical Compass/CCGPP has an exciting new special announcement, and we are seeking your help in dispersing this information to the profession. Core Products and President Philip Mattison have committed up to $10,000 in the form of a matching donation to fund the ongoing work of CCGPP. He will donate $1 for every dollar donated by the profession, up to $10,000! In addition, doctors who make donations receive a free pillow for each $100 donated and a 10% discount on the purchase of Core products if they sign up for the President Club at a one time donation of $1000 or a monthly donation of $84.
Now that the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP), and the Commission (the scientific arm of the organization) have completed the first round of literature syntheses, currently under review by the National Guideline Clearinghouse, the work of the Clinical Compass begins. The Clinical Compass is the process for translating evidence into knowledge using the various strategies of the DIER process (Dissemination, Implementation, Evaluation, Revision). We need funding, from both the field doctors and corporate sponsors like Core Products, in order to fund the Clinical Compass, the Rapid Response Team, and future research projects.
Linked below is a press release that announces the Core Products Matching Funds Campaign and provides an overview of the work and plans of CCGPP. We are asking you to include this information in your next newsletter or journal and to post the information on your website. The CCGPP and Core Products logos are also provided. In addition, we are happy to provide a condensed version of the release or make CCGPP leaders available for an interview to develop a full length feature article.
