Chiropractic Economics Staff June 19, 2013

Jamie_AdamsJune 19, 2013 — Laser Spine Institute, a leader in minimally invasive spine surgery, recently announced the addition of Jamie Adams as chief strategy officer.

Adams will report to Bill Horne, CEO, Laser Spine Institute, and will focus on the strategic development and growth of the organization as it continues to expand its healthcare services and surgical offerings at its facilities across the U.S. This is a new position created to reflect the company’s commitment to innovation within the healthcare industry, specifically for the delivery of patient-centric care.

“The creation of the chief strategy officer position and the hire of Jamie will help us build upon the tremendous growth Laser Spine Institute has seen over the past few years and continue to strengthen our dedication to patient-centric healthcare,” said Horne. “Our number-one priority is to provide our patients the access and care to our highly dedicated medical staff and Jamie’s strategic vision surrounding patient satisfaction will help us continue to meet and exceed our goals.”

Prior to joining Laser Spine Institute, Adams held the position of chief strategy officer at Integrated Media Solutions where he developed innovative business solutions for clients in healthcare and financial services. Adams also spent 10 years at Deutsch Inc. where he served as the EVP, director of data strategy, and led the creation of an advanced analytics practice group.

His healthcare experience includes more than 15 years working with leading RX, OTC, and provider insurance companies, analyzing patient and physician behaviors.

Adams received his Bachelor of Arts in Near Eastern Studies with highest honors from Princeton University and an MBA in Marketing and Marketing Research with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
