G&W Heel Lift celebrates 50 years of service

Chiropractic Economics August 17, 2017

August 17, 2017—For people struggling with back pain and mobility issues caused by leg deficiency, relief can be as simple as lifting the heel to level the pelvis and 5th lumbar. G&W Heel Lift, a family-owned business based in Cuba, Missouri, has been supplying the solution-custom-made heel lifts and foot lifts-to healthcare professionals and their patients for 50 years.

“The design of our product has not changed through the years,” says co-founder and chiropractor Arthur Gross, DC, who joined forces with Willis Wilkinson in 1967 to develop the company’s product. “We are proud to have provided relief for so many people over the years and will continue our commitment to serving our customers for years to come.”

G&W Heel Lift’s signature product, the cork heel lift, is unique for its high-quality materials, precision shaping and top-notch manufacturing processes. The unique design addresses a number of complications that arise from leg deficiency, including lower back pain, altered gait, and spinal curvatures. Heel lifts have also proven effective for Achilles’ tendonitis and post-surgical Achilles’ tendon repair.

G&W Heel Lifts products are made in the U.S. and distributed to customers worldwide.
