A public service webinar on “How to Evaluate Software for your Practice” is now in its third year since being made available by EON Systems, Inc.–one of the oldest, established, practice management and documentation software companies, celebrating its 22nd year. This webinar, attended by scores of practitioners around the country is now expanded to include important information about EHR/EMR and documentation and will continue to be aired throughout 2010.
Recently the webinar content was covered at a speaking engagement, by Derek Greenwood, CEO of EON Systems at Palmer College of Chiropractic. An attendee, who will be opening his practice in August, said, “Thank you very much for your unbiased presentation last night at Palmer College.” He went on to say, “[We] were both very pleased to meet you and refreshed that you are such a geek with a heart for chiropractic. All too often you get one or the other but not both when trying to find a software company.”
A webinar attendee in Fort Meyers, FL said, “Guidelines for determining [the] best software for our future goals, etc., [were] very helpful. Thank you.” Another attendee from Whiting, NJ praised the webinar, “Now I will be able to choose with confidence.” From Los Angeles, CA an enthusiastic attendee stated, “I appreciate the outlined and detailed step-by-step process to consider when comparing software…The message was clear and simple.”
The free Webinar instructs participants in how to choose software the right way, how not to choose software, five very costly mistakes in choosing software and 10 things a practitioner should know about software. The Webinar is about 45 minutes long and takes place on various days and times to accommodate busy schedules.
