Two free webinars and additional resources on taking care of yourself, patients and staff during the coronavirus epidemic

ChiroHealthUSA is hosting a free on-demand 21-minute webinar and resources on chiropractic and the coronavirus pandemic, and co-hosting a live webinar this Thursday with partner Sidecar on managing the business side of chiropractic practices during the pandemic.

“As CEO of ChiroHealthUSA and the owner of two practices, I myself have been looking for resources to help me make the best decisions I can for the team at ChiroHealthUSA and for our doctors, our staff, and the patients we serve,” says R. A. Foxworth, FICC, MCS-P, and president of ChiroHealthUSA. “While there is a lot of information out there from the CDC, WHO, and local governments, I was interested in material specific to not only my practices, but helpful for the entire profession.”

The 21-minute webinar will cover:

  • What do I need to know about this pandemic?
  • What should I do for my patients, my staff, and my practice?
  • What is our clinic’s policy regarding disease control? Is it consistent with recommendations from OSHA?
  • How should we train our staff?
  • How does patient care change?
  • Should we close our doors?
  • What should we communicate to our communities/patients about our practice’s policy regarding COVID-19?

The webinar and downloads provided will give the facts needed to help protect patients and staff.

The SideCar webinar on Thursday will provide specific steps for managing the business side of a practice during the crisis, co-hosted with Dr. Nathan Unruh from SideCar.

UPDATE: SIDECAR WEBINAR AVAILABLE HERE

“It is during these stressful times that true leadership emerges,” Foxworth says. “These are the times when strength breeds resilience, when confidence provides hope. The enemy, in large measure, isn’t biology, it’s psychology. That’s not to say we are unrealistic. Our patients want to see us taking the necessary precautions, washing hands, cleaning surfaces, maintaining proper distance. Our teams want to see us measured, thoughtful, and planning for what comes next.”

Both webinars and resources are free.
