July 2, 2010 — The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress announced the appointments of Dr. Fabrizio Mancini, president of Parker College of Chiropractic, and Dr. Mickey Burt, director of alumni relations of Palmer, to the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Mancini and Burt will be the 12th and 13th members to serve on the board, comprised of chiropractic thought-leaders.
“It’s a true honor to accept this appointment and join the Foundation in the great work being done for our profession,” said Dr. Mancini. “Parker College has been a long-time supporter, and I am excited to be on the board and part of the team behind the Foundation’s future campaigns.”
As board members, Mancini and Burt will be responsible for assisting in the development of public awareness campaigns that highlight the many benefits associated with chiropractic care. Their individual expertise and passion for the profession makes both doctors ideal candidates to help construct and develop positive marketing initiatives.
Additional board members include, Kent S. Greenawalt, president of Foot Levelers, Dr. Gerard Clum, president of Life Chiropractic College West, Don Petersen, president of MPA Media, Marshall Dahneke, president and CEP of Hygenic Corp, Joe Doyle, president of Chiropractic Economics, Charles DuBois, president of Standard Process, Dr. Michael Flynn, president of World Federation of Chiropractic, Dr. Carol Ann Malizia, president of Girls, Gals, Gurus, Dr. Mark Sanna, president of Breakthrough Coaching, Dr. Mark Zeigler, president of Northwestern Health Sciences University, and Dr. Thomas Klapp, COCSA representative.
