Foot Levelers president receives outstanding service award

Chiropractic Economics September 9, 2010

September 9, 2010 — The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (F4CP) presented Kent S. Greenawalt, Foot Levelers president and F4CP chairman, with an outstanding service award during the 2010 Florida Chiropractic Association National Convention and Expo.

The award, which came as a shock to Greenawalt, recognized his outstanding dedication to success of the foundation and unparalleled leadership. The plaque presented to Greenawalt read, “you are either IN or you are OUT,” a slogan which has become a major part of his campaign encouraging doctors, vendors, associations and colleges to join the foundation.

“This was a surprise to me,” Greenawalt said. “Usually I am involved with every move the foundation makes, so this caught me off guard. I am just very proud and humbled to see this organization grow over the years — from a few ad placements in 2007 to over a billion positive media impressions in 2010 — and we are just getting started.”

Greenawalt, who grew up the son of a chiropractor, created the foundation in hopes of seeing the profession gain the proper respect and promotion in the media. In addition to Foot Levelers contributing more than $200,000 annually, Greenawalt’s company also covers all foundation overhead — ensuring every dollar donated goes directly into the public awareness campaign.
