September 11, 2013 — The Foundation for Chiropractic Progress (F4CP) applauds the Michigan Association of Chiropractors (MAC), for its continued support of the F4CP awareness campaign. MAC contributions, which exceed $80,000, have helped to significantly boost the positive press activities and associated media coverage of the campaign.
“The Michigan Association of Chiropractors is pleased to help support the chiropractic community through the important activities of the F4CP,” says Kristine Dowell, executive director, MAC. “The F4CP uses its considerable influence to educate the public about chiropractic and advance the profession. We will continue to play a role in fostering its efforts.”
MAC aims to protect and enhance the chiropractic profession through organized leadership, education, and the promotion of the chiropractic discipline and practice. The primary purpose of the association is to promote chiropractic as a distinct branch of the healing arts and advocate for Michigan doctors of chiropractic, chiropractic patients, and the profession to all sectors of society.
Kent S. Greenawalt, chairman, F4CP, appreciates the support of MAC, stating, “The success of the F4CP relies on its supporters. Thanks to exceptional organizations, such as MAC, the campaign is able to thrive and educate the public about the care that only a doctor of chiropractic can provide.”
