April 3, 2013 — Software vendor, EON Systems, was one of the top three finalists for the IT Dream Team Award at the 2013 BizTech Awards put on by the Tampa Bay Technology Forum and Business Journal last Thursday, March 14, 2013.
“We were really happy to be nominated by the City of Clearwater for this award. It shows that creative work that enhances the future is recognized and appreciated.” says Derek Greenwood, CEO and founder of EON Systems. “It has also been a great way for us to share some recognition with all our tech employees. Really, about half the company. They really are a true team!”

The BizTech Awards are part of the BizTech Innovation Summit. The intention is to highlight the thriving and innovative business technology eco-system in the Tampa Bay area.
