May 20, 2015 — The Chiropractic Success Convention will be held June 12 and 13 at the Omni Berkshire Place in New York.
Featuring some of the most informative and inspiring speakers in the chiropractic space, the event will cover successful business training and services in one weekend. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn top practice strategies to thrive in today’s challenging healthcare environment.
Fabrizio Mancini, DC, world-famous chiropractor and best-selling author, sees the Chiropractic Success Convention as an opportunity to educate the practitioners in overcoming modern-day obstacles as opposed to strategies that once worked but no longer apply in 2015.
“At this event, chiropractors will learn the business of chiropractic from the ones that do it every day, today,” Mancini said. “You will discover the services the public is demanding from their healthcare professionals and what services get the best results and reimbursements. Note, that I said both ‘results’ and ‘reimbursements.’ You must have success with both in order to thrive.”
Brent Detelich, DC, one of the featured speakers, espoused a similar sentiment. “There is no question we are in uncharted territory when it comes to chiropractic care in the U.S., and even worldwide,” he said. “My father was a chiropractor for a long time. I’ve been in practice for decades. And there is no question that applying much of what we did back in the day will no longer necessarily lead to success. Today is a very different environment, and you have to approach it keeping today’s realities in mind. But the good news is that there are specific strategies that will create a flourishing practice, and you will learn about them at this event.”
Detelich further emphasized specific topics that will be covered at the convention, including:
- Increasing your cash income
- Fostering independence from third-party payers
- Training your CAs in procedures that increase revenue
- Adopting business management best practices
- Finding freedom from performing day-to-day adjustments
Another speaker, Steve Peyroux, DC, who has overseen over 500 practices convert to integrated practices, also believes this event will prepare chiropractors for the current day and future.
“We will cover how to grow into multiple clinics, prevent costly mistakes, and showcase the basics of integrating your practice to serve more patients while getting more of your care covered by insurance,” Peyroux said. “Basically, we will teach how going integrated allows you to work less but make more and can reposition you—in a positive way—in the entire healthcare system.
