October 31, 2014 — Cultivate by Standard Process, an on-site corporate wellness offering, announced the addition of Erin Tauscher as Wellness Program Leader.
Tauscher will oversee the development and implementation of on-site wellness programming for organizations with 100 to 1,000 employees. She will also act as the primary liaison between clients and Cultivate leadership.
After receiving her masters of science in occupational therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008, Tauscher served as an occupational therapist for five years at various Minnesota hospitals. As an expert in evaluating and treating injuries that limit functional independence, Tauscher provides Cultivate deep insight into workplace injuries and how to prevent them.
Tauscher is a certified yoga teacher with an adaptive yoga specialty certification. Her belief in holistic health and focus on whole-body wellness aligns with Cultivate’s data-driven core offerings of chiropractic care, fitness consulting, nutritional guidance, and ongoing health education.
“Adding Erin to our team reflects growing demand by businesses that want to access our decades of data-driven business performance through on-site chiropractic-led corporate wellness,” said Jerry Curtin, president and general manager of Cultivate. “Few corporate wellness programs deliver measureable results like Cultivate. Erin’s role is crucial to our ability to deliver on our commitment to improving specific bottom- and top-line business performance.”
Cultivate is the new corporate wellness offering of Standard Process, a manufacturer of whole food supplements that for more than 80 years has helped to provide specific, nutritional support for the entire body. Cultivate works to assess and then deliver scalable wellness solutions to impact individual employees and the overall company using onsite chiropractic as a central component of the program.
