Chiropractic Economics Staff November 14, 2024

masters circle globalBob Hoffman, DC, and Dennis Perman, DC, have announced the Dec. 20 closing of The Masters Circle Global, a chiropractic business coaching company founded in 2000.

After nearly a quarter of a century of groundbreaking contributions, the company leaves behind a powerful legacy that has shaped the chiropractic profession in significant and countless ways, noted a company press release.

Far-reaching influence

With an innovative approach rooted in Identity-Based Coaching, The Masters Circle Global has empowered thousands of doctors of chiropractic across the globe to reach new heights of personal and professional excellence.

The company has touched the lives of colleagues across the U.S., as well as in countries such as England, Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark, Scotland, Switzerland, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Aruba, Belgium, France, Norway and every province of Canada. Its reach and influence have changed the face of chiropractic care through business and personal coaching.

Masters Circle Global accomplishments

The Masters Circle Global succeeded in its mission of raising the standards and the consciousness of the chiropractic profession. Over its 24 years of service, The Masters Circle Global has accumulated an impressive list of accomplishments. It has:

  • Recorded more than 650 hours of practice-building video content, providing a deep library of resources accessible to practitioners at every stage of their careers. Hoffman and Perman will donate the full library to Life University and Life Chiropractic College West to enhance the curriculum of the students and set them up for even more success when they graduate.
  • Hosted more than 300 live seminars and invited more than 150 distinguished guest speakers to share cutting-edge ideas, the latest in chiropractic techniques and best practices while staying strong and steadfast in chiropractic principles and philosophy with an engaged and eager audience.
  • Introduced Brain-Based Wellness Coaching to the field, sparking an important movement that continues to help patients with improved clinical outcomes and has transformed thousands of chiropractic practices across the globe.
  • Produced more than 300 “Thrive in 5” videos, offering quick, five-minute insights into crucial topics that help DCs and other wellness professionals improve patient clinical results and grow their practices.
  • Made hundreds of innovative and practical practice-building products, all aimed at supporting practitioners in both their personal and professional lives.
  • Created The Masters Circle Guidebook, known as the “coaching bible,” which has served as an essential reference for thousands of DCs worldwide. The 343-page document is packed with relevant, thought-provoking content.
  • Developed over 200 podcasts and 168 MasterTalk programs, plus built strong relationships with more than 200 companies, establishing strategic alliances and conducting research practitioners need to make informed decisions.

Beyond the numbers, the press release further noted, The Masters Circle Global has introduced countless vital concepts and topics that had previously been unspoken of or unexplored in the field that have since transformed practices and patient outcomes. The founders’ commitment to presenting a new way of thinking and a new mindset of achievement has encouraged DCs to achieve excellence and has paved the way for future generations of successful professionals equipped to meet the demands of an evolving marketplace.

The choice to retire

For Hoffman and Perman, the decision to close The Masters Circle Global and retire was a bittersweet one.

“Our mission has always been to inspire and empower, and we feel we have truly accomplished that. The Masters Circle Global has been about more than just coaching — it’s been a movement, a change in how we approach care and a community of passionate professionals committed to growth,” said Hoffman.

“We are sad to say goodbye to the organization we built and to a remarkable and engaged membership, but we are incredibly proud of the mark and contributions we’ve made on the chiropractic profession,” Perman added.

As the chiropractic world bids farewell to The Masters Circle Global, the profession acknowledges the profound and lasting influence of this organization. The achievements of Hoffman, Perman and their team have laid a foundation of support, growth and innovation that will continue to benefit practitioners and their patients for years to come.
