BOCA RATON, Fla.— As the Bahamas starts recovering from one of the worst storms to ever hit the country, ChiroFusion is announcing up to a $50,000 donation to aid in immediate relief efforts following the devastation caused by Hurricane Dorian. Hurricane Dorian, which made landfall as a Category 5 storm, is producing life-threatening flooding and destruction to the northern Bahamas.

“This is a devastating storm, and our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone whose lives have been impacted by this disaster,” said ChiroFusion COO Maria Holevas. “Given the loss and devastation, we need to urgently support the Bahamas through donations and contributions.” Holevas added that although the media spotlight on the area will soon dim, many residents face a long road to rebuilding their homes and lives.

ChiroFusion will donate 20% of all new sales from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31, 2019 (up to $50,000), to the relief effort in the Bahamas. Donations will be made to the Red Cross, which coordinates directly with local recovery agencies to meet the needs of families impacted by natural disasters. ChiroFusion has also encouraged employees to donate by matching contributions.
