Every year, fitness enthusiasts seek to find new ways to build their strength and challenge their bodies to do things they’ve never done before. For many, CrossFit has helped them achieve both of these goals, and more. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) defines CrossFit as “an intense exercise program featuring dynamic exercises like plyometric jumps, and Olympic lifts while using non-traditional weightlifting equipment such as kettlbells, sandbags, suspension systems or water-filled implements.”
