March 6, 2015 — Carlson Laboratories is celebrating 50 years of offering high-quality nutritional products and is inviting Natural Products Expo West attendees to visit booth 1414 to join the celebration this weekend. Carlson has arranged a lineup of guest speakers who support the company’s vision and are dedicated to achieving optimal health naturally.

Friday, March 6
Alex Richardson, MD, founder and trustee of FAB Research and a senior research fellow at the University of Oxford, will present the lecture “Changing Diets, Changing Minds: The Importance of Nutrition for Behavior, Learning and Mood” at 1 p.m. on March 6 at the Anaheim Marriott, Platinum 1. She will also do a signing of her book “They Are What You Feed Them” at the Carlson booth from 2:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday, March 7
Meet American Nordic combined skier, Olympic gold medalist, and five-time Olympian Bill Demong at the Carlson booth on March 7 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Demong was the first American to win Olympic Nordic gold.
Also on March 7, Jacob Teitelbaum, MD, board-certified internist and leading researcher in the field of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, will do a book signing at the Carlson booth 1414 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Stop by to receive a free copy of Teitelbaum’s book “From Fatigued to Fantastic.”
Sunday, March 8
Susan Francia, two-time Olympic gold medalist, five-time World Champion, and coach, is an American rower who is affiliated with the U.S. Rowing Training Center. She will be available to answer questions at the Carlson booth on March 8 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
