New hires push Standard Process employee count over 330

Chiropractic Economics Staff January 13, 2015

January 14, 2015 — Nutritional supplement manufacturer Standard Process Inc. has begun 2015 by announcing its most recent employee hires at its corporate headquarters in Palmyra, Wisconsin. Shawn Fladhammer, of Milton, Wisconsin, and Joy Yang, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, have joined the company, pushing the employee count over 330 people as the Standard Process begins its 86th year in business. Fladhammer joins the company’s engineering department, and Yang is a new member of the marketing department.

Fladhammer, a 1995 graduate of Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, Wisconsin, brings 20 years of experience in electrical engineering to the company. In his new role as an electrical project engineer, Fladhammer is responsible for engineering projects from feasibility through construction management, including conceptual design, bid package development, and contractor coordination and management.

0114_Standard_Process_joy-yangYang, of Whitewater, Wisconsin, joins the company’s marketing department as a senior designer on its creative team. She brings 16 years of experience as a graphic designer to her new position. As the creative team’s senior designer, Yang is responsible for working with cross-functional teams to build concepts and execute innovative creative design solutions and visual communications in a variety of media for the Standard Process brands and its partner brand, MediHerb, an Australian-based herbal supplement manufacturer.
