Alkalife, National Supplement Group partner to expand North American distribution

Chiropractic Economics Staff March 20, 2012

March 20, 2012 — Alkalife, a provider of alkaline dietary supplements recently announced a partnership with National Supplement Group to widen distribution of Alkalife products including Alkalife pH booster drops, Bicarb-Balance, and e-Cal.

“We see enormous growth potential for dietary supplements that are focused on bodily pH and deliver detox and anti-aging benefits to consumers increasingly focused on alkalinity,” said Bruce Davis, president of National Supplement Group. “By combining our capabilities, we will accelerate the growth of the Alkalife product line.”

Until now, Alkalife products have largely been sold through an online reseller network. With a new executive management team in place as of January, this deal marks the first significant push to expand sales beyond online as demand increases. Outside the U.S., Alkalife is currently marketed in 26 countries.

“This partnership represents a great opportunity for Alkalife and consumers seeking products that address pH balance to ensure wellness and longevity,” said Jose Fernandez, chief executive officer of Alkalife. “It will help us satisfy our rapidly growing customer base by making the product even more accessible.”
