Chiropractic Economics October 8, 2011

drbartlettweb_jpg_310x200_crop_q85October 8, 2011 — Cleveland Chiropractic College (CCC) is pleased to announce that Julia Bartlett, DC, has joined its academic team as dean of clinical education. For the last five years, she has served as the associate dean in the chiropractic program at Northwestern Health Sciences University.

“The addition of Dr. Bartlett to an already strong, efficient academic leadership team promises to accelerate Cleveland’s positive momentum,” Provost Ashley Cleveland said. “As an institution, we are committed to providing a balanced chiropractic education that prepares students for real-world chiropractic practice in the 21st century. Dr. Bartlett’s educational and practice experience will help us fulfill that commitment.”

Bartlett brings a wealth of knowledge in chiropractic and chiropractic education to her new role. She has served as an integral part of the success at Northwestern, College of Chiropractic, for more than a decade. Bartlett has been a clinician and the director of university health services, as well as the chair of the Department of Chiropractic Studies.

After graduating from Northwestern with her DC degree in 1989, Bartlett and her husband practiced together in the St. Paul, Minn., suburbs until her teaching responsibilities grew into a full-time commitment. She earned her Diplomate in Chiropractic Orthopedics in 1999, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy and Development.
