Course Description: The “burner syndrome” or sometimes referred to as “stinger” typically occurs during the course of an athletic event when the participant receives contact to the head, neck or shoulder causing a sudden jolt of pain, tingling or numbness in an upper extremity. This presentation will cover the details of this syndrome and the most current best practices in management.
