Description: littleSTEPS from Nolaro24 LLC are prefabricated foot orthoses specifically designed for kids. They are manufactured to deliver a prescription-based correction, closely matching the criteria of traditional UCBL devices. They aim to improve coordination, balance, pain, posture, strength, as well as aid in the development of a more stable and functional gait. littleSTEPS are marketed as providing an affordable alternative to custom orthoses, which helps enable early intervention and treatment of many musculoskeletal conditions common to children. These orthoses are comprised of a 30 millimeter heel cup depth, a medial heel skive, and high medial, and lateral sidewall flanges. Sizing ranges from a toddlers size 7.5 through a child’s size 4.5 (euro sizes 23-36), suiting most children up to age 12.
