Rehabilitation 314: The Knee

$59.00Course Description: Exercises to improve knee strength, stability and function are necessary for lifelong lower extremity health. Traumatic and non-traumatic knee injuries are performance limiting and a possess a long term sequalae if not rehabbed properly. This two-hour class contains a detailed description of knee anatomy and physiology. The course covers a spectrum of exercises to strengthen and stabilize the knee joint. This program describes in-depth patient education strategies in prevention and rehabilitation of knee conditions.
