This program will cover how to integrate exercise into the management of lumbar and cervical spine disc issues. This program will be centered around identifying a patient’s movement sensitivity then implementing exercises for those sensitivities. All exercises that will be taught will be able to be modified for each patient’s individual pain presentation and exam findings.
