It is well established that certain breathing exercises / techniques can help to reduce blood pressure, lower stress and reduce anxiety. But are we designed to modify our breathing outside of our internal design? This presentation will look at the design of breathing, consider the effects of nasal versus mouth breathing, and look at the contribution to health as a result of daily breathing practices. This course is taught by the world renowned Dr. Michael Hall!
