Diasole is PDAC coded A5512 for Medicare reimbursement when dispensed as part of the Therapeutic Shoe Bill. Made in the USA, Diasole combines a heat-moldable polyurethane base layer with Microcell, a skin-soft foam that provides maximum comfort against the foot.
