The Aspen Horizon™ 637 LSO provides trunk stability and targeted compression that is designed to support fatigued muscles that cause reoccurring back pain. This inelastic brace offers moveable, rigid side panels that provide lateral support and a comfortable environment for healing. The Horizon 637 LSO is one-size adjustable and comfortably fits waist sizes ranging from 24-50 inches (up to 70 inches with the extension panels). All Horizon braces are low profile and can be stepped down to the lowest profile configuration.
