Palmer earned rights to the coveted Military Friendly Schools designation via qualifying scores from a rigorous survey assessment. Among other practices supporting military members, veterans, and their families, Palmer is a full participant in the Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program offered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
This means that eligible U.S. veterans enrolled, or about to enroll, at any of Palmer’s three campuses can have up to 100 percent of their out-of-pocket tuition and fees covered for one year. Eligible students are able to re-apply for subsequent years of their education.
Additionally, active-duty military personnel, qualified veterans and their families are given free chiropractic care at Palmer Chiropractic Clinics. In 2013, care for active-duty military, veterans and family members totaled 10,000 patient visits.
