June 19, 2008 — The OUM Chiropractor Program, a chiropractic malpractice insurance program offered by PACO Assurance Inc., recently welcomed Patrick Kelly, DC, as the newest member its advisory board.
Kelly, a 1997 graduate of Palmer College, is the current president of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association.
