
The ceremony, which included the academic hooding of each graduate, honored 90 students with the conferral of Logan’s flagship doctor of chiropractic degree by Logan President Clay McDonald, DC, MBA, JD. In addition, 18 students were conferred with the masters of science degree in nutrition and human performance and 15 students with the masters of science degree in sports science and rehabilitation.
Michael Wittmer, DC, chief of staff at Logan, served as master of ceremonies. The commencement speaker was Randy D. Danielsen, PhD, PA-C, DFAAPA, professor and dean at Arizona School of Health Sciences.
The doctor of chiropractic valedictorian was Brooke Nicole Van Kirk. Logan also recognized Wilfred C. Beyers, III, DC, as the valedictorian for the master of science in nutrition and human performance degree and Anthony Andrew Aamodt, DC, as valedictorian for the master of science in sports science and rehabilitation degree.
