The virtual bookstore includes the following features:

- A wide variety of textbook formats, including new, used, rental and e-textbooks.

- A marketplace where third-party vendors and students can sell textbooks at discounted prices
- Free economy shipping on select orders over $49 (excluding marketplace orders)
Akadémos has provided students at more than 170 schools with many low-cost textbook options through their innovative Virtual Bookstore, powered by TextbookX, which utilizes state-of-the-art technology to fully integrate with school systems.
Students can visit the website to order online and have course materials shipped to their homes or campus while digital course material access is emailed.
