Life West Rugby heads to national championship

The Life West Women’s Rugby team will compete in the USA Club Rugby Division II National Championship finale weekend in Lemont, Illinois, May 15–17, marking another major moment for a program with a long history of excellence.

For the Gladiatrix, this isn’t new territory. Life West captured the Division II 15s National Championship in 2016, followed by back-to-back Division I titles in 2017 and 2018, a press release noted. That success propelled the team into the Women’s Premier League (WPL), where they competed at the highest level of the sport.

Competing in the NorCal Division I/II landscape, Life West continues to build, adapt and define its next chapter, one that has already led them back to the national semifinals.
