
Foot Levelers welcomes two respected chiropractic leaders, Brandie Keates, DC, and Lora Tanis, DC, to its growing Speakers Bureau.

Together, Keates and Tanis bring decades of experience in pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care, education and leadership. Their expertise supports Foot Levelers‘ mission to deliver expert continuing education content, provided at no cost to associations and educational institutions across the US.
About the new members
Keates is a respected doctor of chiropractic, author and educator with more than 20 years of experience in maternal and pediatric care. A Cleveland Chiropractic College graduate and recipient of its highest honor for clinical excellence, she blends her background in emergency medicine and sports chiropractic with a deeply compassionate, evidence-informed approach. Founder of Bloom @ Experience Chiropractic, Keates developed a specialized model for pregnancy and postpartum care that integrates biomechanics, movement-based rehab and emotional support. known for her work in integrative perinatal care. She is the author of “What You Don’t Expect When You’re Expecting” and a national speaker recognized for challenging DCs to rethink their role in maternal health.
Tanis, a 1989 Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate and pediatric chiropractic specialist (DICCP, 1996), brings more than 35 years of experience with a holistic approach to chiropractic treatment, combining evidence-based techniques and research with compassionate care. She specializes in pediatric and maternal chiropractic care, supporting the well-being of expecting mothers and children by ensuring proper spinal alignment, improved mobility and overall health from infancy to adulthood.
Co-author of the 2009 “JMPT Best Practices Recommendations for Chiropractic Care for Infants, Children and Adolescents: Results of a Consensus Process,” Tanis currently serves as president of the ICA Pediatric Council and is a board member of the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress.
