Therapeutica Inc. is acquired by Core Products International

Chiropractic Economics February 4, 2015

0204_Therapeutica_AquisitionFebruary 4, 2015 — Core Products International Inc., manufacturer of the well-known Tri-Core Pillow and other high-quality orthopedic pillows and soft goods, is excited to announce the acquisition of Therapeutica Inc., manufacturer of popular ergonomic products. This acquisition went into effective Jan. 23, 2015.

Both Core Products and Therapeutica are well known for manufacturing high-quality orthopedic products for musculoskeletal conditions and ergonomic support. Additionally, they share strong reputations in the alternative healthcare and home medical equipment markets. Core has been serving these markets since 1988 and Therapeutica since 1995.

“We have long admired the Therapeutica line, and we are very excited to add these items to our product selection,” Philip Mattison, Core’s president and founder, said. “We plan to aggressively market and sell Therapeutica’s existing products and will also offer new innovations.”

Therapeutica believes that using the highest quality materials to create ergonomically-designed products provides solutions that make a positive impact on quality of life. This philosophy aligns perfectly with Core’s Purpose, “Making YOUR Life More Comfortable!”

Core Products will continue to operate and manage Therapeutica Inc. from its Toronto office. Customers should continue to place orders and request customer service through the office in Toronto by calling 800-348-5729, by email at info@therapeuticainc.com, or online at www.therapeuticainc.com.
