TCC announces administrative changes for 2012

Chiropractic Economics December 22, 2011

December 22, 2011 — The president, provost, and the director of human resources are pleased to announce the following administrative changes at Texas Chiropractic College, effective Jan. 1, 2012.

Dr. Fred Zuker has been promoted to the position of vice president of enrollment management (his previous title was dean). In conjunction with this promotion, Student Services (led by Director Mary Suttle) will become a part of the Enrollment Management team. With this restructuring, all aspects of a TCC student’s non-academic experience will now be overseen by Enrollment Management: Office of Admission, Office of Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, and Office of Student Services.

Dr. Richard Brassard and Dr. Clay McDonald extend their thanks to Zuker and Suttle for their excellent work with the prospective and current students of TCC. These are departments that have already worked well together in the past so this was a natural move to make.

Second, Dr. Steve Haslund will remain as the vice president for administrative affairs, overseeing the Office of Postgraduate Education, Information Technology and Facilities. With the restructuring, he will take a more direct role in the day-to-day management of Postgraduate Education. Brassard and McDonald offer special thanks to Haslund for his years of dedication to TCC and his willingness to do everything possible for the ongoing development of the college.

Finally, Dr. Jason Flanagan will be moving from postgrad to the student clinic where he will join the ranks of our faculty clinicians. In addition to his teaching duties, he will continue in his role of advisor to the President for governmental relations. Brassard and McDonald would like to thank Flanagan for his years of service to the college and his guidance of Postgraduate Education since 2008.
