February 15, 2010 — Standard Process Inc. announced that the company recently received both local and national honors. In January, the company received a service award from Parker College of Chiropractic and a certificate of appreciation from the Palmyra Chamber of Commerce.
Standard Process received the “80 Years of Service Award” from the Parker College of Chiropractic during the closing ceremony of Parker Seminars Las Vegas 2010. Parker College President Fabrizio Mancini, DC, presented Standard Process President Charles DuBois with the industry award.
The Palmyra Chamber of Commerce recognized Standard Process for the company’s continued dedication as a member of the village chamber. Standard Process became a member in 1991, after moving its corporate offices and manufacturing facility to the village of Palmyra two years earlier.
“The certificate of appreciation is to thank Standard Process for being a leader in our community and a leader in the whole food supplement industry,” said Rick Ball, Palmyra Chamber of Commerce president. “It’s also a show of appreciation for all that Standard Process does for the community through the jobs and support it offers Palmyra.”
The majority of Standard Process employees are local residents. In addition, Standard Process and its employees contribute substantially to the community, schools and other local businesses and organizations.
