January 28, 2014 — Standard Process Inc. announces the promotions of Quality Control Chemists Jessica Pociask and Tiffany Rusch and Information Technology Applications Supervisor Cheryl Preiser at its corporate headquarters in Palmyra, Wis.
Pociask of Waukesha, Wis., and Rusch of Milton, Wis., were both promoted from chemist I to chemist II in Standard Process’ quality control department. Pociask and Rusch work to manage the quality control operations in addition to ensuring Standard Process whole food supplements meet label claims and are free of bacterial contamination.
Pociask graduated from Carroll College in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and became a Standard Process employee later that year. She has certifications in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) as well as Internal Auditing through the United States Food and Drug Administration food safety management system. In addition, Pociask has been recognized by ASQ, a global organization headquartered in Milwaukee, Wis., that offers certifications in quality to professionals for passing the Certified Quality Improvement Associate exam.
Rusch, a 1998 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater graduate, joined Standard process in 2005. She is also certified as an internal auditor and is recognized by ASQ for passing the Certified Quality Improvement Associate exam. In addition, Rusch is a trained first responder at Standard Process.
Preiser, of Mukwonago, Wis., advanced to the position of applications supervisor within Standard Process’ information technology department. She previously served as senior production application specialist. Preiser will be responsible for implementing and customizing applications and databases to integrate with existing systems while maintaining data integrity, security and consistency. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2002.
