February 24, 2011 — Rotatoreliever, a patent-pending system designed to treat and relieve shoulder pain, was recently featured in the South Bend Tribune.

Thus, he developed the Rotatoreliever. You can learn more about Carroll and the Rotatoreliever by visiting www.rotatoreliever.com.
