PerformTex Products releases MOTUS Taping Therapy Courses

Chiropractic Economics Staff April 30, 2012

April 30, 2012 — PerformTex releases course for the practitioner (PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, ATCs, DCs, and MTs) who seeks extensive hands on training necessary to truly incorporate kinesiology taping into their treatment arsenal.

Unlike other elastic therapeutic taping courses, MOTUS Taping Therapy by PerformTex will provide you with the protocols needed to successfully treat conditions from the acute (fluid flow) to sub acute (repair) to rehabilitative (adaptation) stages, through an easy to understand, easy to follow teaching method.

This concentrated, 12-hour program was designed by two of the leading and most respected, elastic therapeutic practitioners in the world.

“We listened to the therapist when putting this course together, they wanted a methodology that is actually backed by research/data and massive amounts of hands-on practical, clinic conditioned based applications. We then added what we felt was necessary an affordable, fluid, flowing taping program that allowed the practitioner to feel as if they were providing a “therapy” rather than just a taping application.” said John Jarvis, marketing director for PerformTex.

“Most programs take you through these concepts, but you must piece together the program through the hours/days taken, we simplified the process by concentrating on a specific condition then taking you from point A to point Z on how to fully address that condition through the three phases of rehabilitation using elastic therapeutic tape.”
