Logan College of Chiropractic welcomes new students

Chiropractic Economics May 20, 2013

imagesloganMay 20, 2013 — Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs welcomed more than 150 new students to its campus this May. The number includes new Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, Master of Science Degree, and undergraduate students enrolled in Logan’s Accelerated Science Program (ASP).

For Logan’s flagship program, the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, it was the largest May class since 2007, including an increase of approximately 15 percent from May 2012.

“We’re very pleased with the number of DC, master’s degree, and undergraduate students who enrolled at Logan this spring,” said Dr. Boyd A. Bradshaw, vice president for enrollment management. “Much of our enrollment success can be attributed to our innovative curriculum and high quality programs. Logan continues to display its exemplary reputation as one of the best chiropractic colleges and universities in North America.”

Bradshaw pointed out that the ASP program gives students the opportunity to get familiar and settled in at Logan before beginning their Doctor of Chiropractic studies.  Many of these Doctor of Chiropractic candidates enroll to complete their prerequisites on-campus and on-line, particularly courses in biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics.
