Life Chiropractic College West set to host WCCS regional event

Chiropractic Economics November 7, 2011

November 7, 2011 — Life Chiropractic College West will be hosting a World Congress of Chiropractic Students (WCCS) regional event over the course of four days starting Saturday, May 3, 2012. All chiropractic students from the North, Central, and South Americas are invited to congregate at this special conference.

Some of the high-profile guest speakers include Head of Research at New Zealand Chiropractic College, Dr. Heidi Haavik, President of Life West, Dr. Brian Kelly, Drs. Gerry Clum, Joel Alcantara and Mike Flynn, and co-author of E-Myth Chiropractor, Frank Sovinsky along with several other renowned presenters.

This WCCS regional conference will focus on the development of inter-relationships among professionals and students in all America, collaboration on chiropractic issues, and the exchanging of clinical and educational chiropractic information.

Addison Bulosan, current Life West student and key orchestrator, states, “An event of this scale has rarely been attempted by any student organization.  We are excited to be the first to make it happen at Life West.”

The World Congress of Chiropractic Students (WCCS) is an international forum representing the chiropractic profession. Active membership consists of more than 15,000 students from 32 chiropractic colleges. The WCCS, which has been running since 1979, has met on 2011 in Rio De Janiero, Brazil for our annual conference to discuss issues pertinent to the chiropractic profession.
