Integrative Therapeutics selects Channel IQ to monitor and manage Internet reseller policy

Chiropractic Economics Staff February 21, 2012

February 21, 2012 — Integrative Therapeutics, a manufacturer and distributor of natural, dietary supplements for medical professionals and their patients, has chosen the Channel IQ platform to manage its Internet reseller policy for its online sales channel.

After looking at several vendors, Integrative Therapeutics chose this platform for its ability to automate the labor-intensive monitoring process necessary to accurately and quickly identify those websites not meeting the Integrative Therapeutics Standard.

Integrative Therapeutics has adopted an Internet Reseller Policy, which outlines pricing guidelines, as well as the use of logos and trademarks, to help preserve its standard for providing licensed healthcare practitioners with high quality products and sales and technical support.

The main objective of the policy is to ensure that only licensed healthcare providers have access to their products and are representing Integrative Therapeutics, on the Internet, in accordance to that standard.

Mandy Kraynik, vice president of Integrative Therapeutics, explains, “As a manufacturer, we find it extremely important to ensure that only qualified, licensed practitioner partners have access to our brand, and that patients are receiving the needed oversight of the physician in utilizing our brand; this ensures the practitioners can most effectively impact patient health.”

In order to spot non-compliant online discounting in a timely and consistent manner, maximum automation is essential. Channel IQ gives Integrative Therapeutics unprecedented visibility into who is selling its products online and at what price, providing actionable intelligence to manage its online channel for optimal outcomes.
