Getting up to speed with social media

Chiropractic Economics May 14, 2010

Are you up to speed with social media or are you wondering what the heck is twitter and what is it good for? If you are in the latter category, then the next two video posts are for you. But before we get you all set up and automated so you can leverage your time and efforts, I want to spend a moment addressing the changes that are going on around us and and what happens if you choose to ignore them. Change is always going on, we can’t stop it, we can choose not to participate, but we have no control over it. And in times of radical change, as is happening now on the internet, and has been happening for the last decade, with the coming of the Web 2.0 era that change presents great potential opportunities as well as great potential losses.

Social media sites like facebook and YouTube are not going away, and social review sites like yelp are just hitting their stride. Now, believe it or not, there is still time for you to get in and take advantage of this tidal wave of changes and make social media a moneymaker for your practice. If you choose to ignore it, my prediction is you will lose market-share in the next few years to doctors that grabbed onto the opportunity and have become the leaders and authorities in their communities through networking online in their area and being the “go to” people for health advice.

So, without further ado, let me outline what is in this mini social media automation course:

We are going to assume you know the basics of how to set up your accounts on facebook, twitter, and YouTube and then how to set up a facebook page (a facebook page is a separate business page within your facebook account), if you don’t know how to set these accounts up, head over to Chiropractic Masters and get our FREE video course “Ten Essentials of Chiropractic Internet Marketing” it explains step by step how to set up all of these accounts.

The course is laid out in three parts along with an introduction video and special bonus. (only offered to the first 100 chiropractors)

Click here to automate your social media

Video One: I’ll show you how to take something you have written, like a blog post, and have it automatically post to twitter!

Video Two: I’ll show you how to take that tweet and have it automatically post to your facebook business page and then how to setup your Youtube video to automatically post to twitter and your facebook page.

Video Three: We’ll reveal a very awesome free site that you can use to upload a video once and send it off to several video sharing site, saving you tons of time.

With this information you will be up to speed and you can put your social media on autopilot if you want, or you”ll be ready and you’ll understand how to start to participate in the conversation, your choice or do both!
